Pay Rent/Maintenance
When you initiated your lease with Principal Rental Homes, you were emailed instructions to create your Tenant Login to our software system. If you did not receive that, please call our office to help you get this set up. Office phone: 520-219-0368.

You will then have access to your online payment portal, as well as online work orders for maintenance and repairs.

Regarding Routine Maintenance and Repairs...
Per ARS 33-1343- When you place a request for a repair or a maintenance item,
you are giving permission for our authorized repair vendor to enter your rental home.
You do not need to be present. However, if you schedule a specific appointment and fail to show up to meet our repair person, you will incur a trip charge. We will normally give you a time window for the scheduled repair, and will show up with a key to enter the property.
If you have pets, they must be crated or likewise contained, during this time period, so our maintenance people can safely enter and do their job. If pets are not contained, the appointment will be terminated, and you will be charged for the trip.
By placing a repair or maintenance work order with us, you are acknowledging that you have read this notice, are aware of this law, and are granting us permission to enter to handle your service request.
